2011

In November, Xiangtan Yinhe New Energy Co., Ltd. was registered in Xiangtan High-tech Zone; In June of the same year, the first production line was put into operation.

2012

The company’s large-capacity cylindrical lithium iron phosphate power battery was successfully exported to Germany, becoming China’s first electric bus power battery exported to Germany. In the same year, the company was awarded the title of “High-tech Enterprise in Hunan Province”.

2013

The company’s newly developed 90Ah, 160Wh/Kg large-capacity cylindrical lithium iron phosphate power battery was exported to Germany and Italy again, and successfully modified the Italian pure electric bus. In May 2013, the 12-meter pure electric city bus (model 6125JEV20C) equipped with the Yinhe drive system won the gold medal of the 12-meter pure electric bus group in the First China Bus Energy Saving Competition with the lowest energy consumption and excellent power performance.

2014-2015

We provided a full set of drive system assemblies and battery modules, developed and produced the world’s first 18-meter electric city bus and exported it to Germany for operation. We cooperated with CCW, the largest bus modification factory in the United States, to convert old diesel buses into pure electric buses and put them into operation in major cities including Los Angeles.

2016-2020

The company successfully developed and produced a new generation of electric bus drive system. The Netherlands and Germany took the lead in using Yinhe’s latest high voltage system and high energy batteries to produce 12-meter high-performance electric buses. Since 2016, more than 400 sets of drive systems, battery modules and charging equipment have been delivered to the United States and Europe.

2020

The company won the “Changsha Bank Cup” 2020 Hunan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Outstanding Enterprise Award.

2021

The low noise charging container and automatic top charging tower independently developed and designed by the company are compatible with the communication requirements of European standards and national standards, especially in line with the requirements of the European market for low noise charging equipment and unmanned automatic charging, and are widely used in the European market.

2022-2024

We developed and exported to Europe 20-foot 2.9 MW marine energy storage containers for 5,000-ton electric cargo ships, 40-foot 3.3 MW peak-valley power storage containers, and 20-foot 1.5 MW peak-valley power storage containers.

2023

In December, Xiangtan High-tech Zone, Hailir Group and Xiangtan Yinhe New Energy Co., Ltd. signed a tripartite agreement, with the Hailir Group investing in Xiangtan Yinhe New Energy Co., Ltd.

2024

In January, the company was awarded the “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Award” of Xiangtan High-tech Zone in 2023; In the same year, it was approved as a specialized and sophisticated small and medium-sized enterprise in Hunan Province. The company invested in building a new automatic PACK production line for lithium iron phosphate batteries, and carried out the design, development and production of several models of charging stations and marine energy storage cabinets, including 2.5MW shore-based charging stations, 1.2MW shore-based charging stations, 2.74MWh energy storage charging stations, and 3.376MWh marine energy storage cabinets.

2025

Carry out the design and development of a marine battery energy storage system with 4 rows and 3 clusters; Battery packs and BMS certified by CCS (China Classification Society) and BV (Bureau Veritas); Build an IoT big data visualization platform to provide customers with remote automated and intelligent operation and maintenance services.
