1.2MW Shore-based Charging Station
Basic Information
The 1200kW shore-based charging station independently developed by YH adopts a megawatt-level charging system with an output charging power of 1200kW, which is used for charging the large-capacity energy storage container of electric container ships and can charge the 3.376MWh marine energy storage container within 2.5 hours. It covers an area of about 5 square meters, with small size and light weight only 3 tons, high flexibility for installation, transportation, demonstration and market promotion.

Certification
CE and IEC compliant
Product Features
- Covers an area of about 5 square meters, small size and light weight with only 3 tons; compared with PCS+ power frequency transformer, the volume and weight are reduced by 50%, saving the installation area and transportation costs.
- Cables are flexibly connected to accommodate different charging heights and are not affected by fluctuations of the ship on the water surface.
- 1500A MCS Megawatt charging system single plug operation, improve the safety of staff operation, and can be applied to different loads of vessel charging.
- Low noise operation, compared with PCS+ power frequency transformer noise reduction of 13dB/m, in line with the most stringent requirements.
- High reliability AC-DC high-frequency charging modular design, module failure rate <0.005/year (that is, no more than 5 modules fail within ten years). When a module fails, it will not affect the work of the charging station, and will affect the current from 1500A to 1462A by 2.5% at most, with very minimal impact.
Applications
Used for charging energy storage containers of 1,000-10,000-ton inland container ships at dockside
Market
Europe (Netherlands: inland waterway cargo transportation from Amsterdam to Rotterdam Port), China (Inland waterway cargo transportation on the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, Dongting Lake sand dredging projects, etc.)
